General Entry Guidelines

Candidates seeking admission into Ls'court Academy for the 2025/2026 Academic Session must satisfy the general requirements set out by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE).

1. National Diploma (ND) Requirements

To qualify for ND admission, candidates must meet the following parameters:

• Must have sat for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and obtained a score meeting the institutional cutoff mark of 120.
• Must possess a minimum of five (5) credit-level passes in SSCE/WAEC/NECO/NABTEB or equivalent subjects. These credits must be obtained in not more than two (2) sittings.
• Core compulsory credits must include English Language and Mathematics, plus three other subjects related to the course of study.

2. Higher National Diploma (HND) Requirements

To qualify for HND admission, candidates must meet the following parameters:

• Must possess a National Diploma (ND) from a recognized, fully accredited polytechnic in a matching department.
• Must have graduated with at least a Lower Credit grade level, and completed one (1) year of post-ND industrial training.
• Candidates with a Pass grade level in ND must have completed at least two (2) years of post-ND industrial work experience to be considered.
